Grapes organically grown. Hand-harvested, selecting only the best bunches. Fermentation in bin with gentle punchdowns, and pressed in a basket press. Aged in 5 used French oak barrels (3 of them second use) for 8 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
Notes of plum, blackberry, floral, hint of oak spices, robust tannins.
